Nothing is shipped physically

All products are digital. There are no shipping charges, courier timelines or delivery addresses.

How delivery works

• After payment, Razorpay returns you to a confirmation page on this site.
• We email Google Drive links to the files in your product to the email address you entered on Razorpay. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. Google Sheets are shared as "view" — use File → Make a copy to get your own editable version.
• Not received? Email your Razorpay payment ID to rachel@gotribehq.com — the confirmation page has a one-tap button for this.
• The Complete Brand System is delivered as a private GitHub repository invitation (or a zip download link on request) plus the setup guide and video.

Timelines

Delivery is usually quick during working hours (9:00–21:00 IST) and generally within one working day of payment, but no fixed delivery time is guaranteed. If you have not received your files within a working day, message us with your payment ID and we will look into it.

Access and updates

We intend to keep links active and may share minor updates to the files in the same Drive folder, but we do not guarantee ongoing availability or future updates.
